Return and Exchange Policy
At The Big Wig, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We’ve designed our Return and Exchange Policy to be fair, transparent, and tailored to your needs while maintaining the hygiene and quality standards of our products.
Eligibility for Returns
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days, for chemo wigs 15 days of product delivery and in mens category Clipping Hair Patch For Men is not eligible for refund and returns but in case of size issue exchange are available within 7 days. Beyond this period, we are unable to accept returns.
IMPORTANT Mandatory
Unboxing Video: Customers must provide an unboxing video on the day of delivery.

Original Condition: The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for returns:
Products from our Hair Patches range.
Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices.
Accessories such as combs, hair clips, scrunchies, hair perfumes, and styling tools.
Products that have been washed, colored, chemically treated, or altered in any way after purchase.
Please note: If bought on sale, discounted price, or using coupon code, this product is not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number and the required unboxing video.
Shipping Instructions:
We will provide the return shipping address after reviewing your request.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Inspection and Approval:
Once the returned product is received, we will conduct a quality check. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return via WhatsApp or email.
Refund Process:
Approved returns are eligible for refunds via UPI Payment Method, with Rs. 200 deducted for sanitization and sterilization. For wigs, a cleaning fee of Rs. 1,000 applies due to medical-grade cleaning requirements.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange:
Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
Requests must be made within 6 days of delivery.
The product must meet the same conditions as for returns (unused and in original packaging).
Process:
Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email to initiate an exchange.
Provide the necessary details, including the order number and product issue.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable custom duty charges.
Exchange Limitations:
Products purchased during pop-ups or exhibitions are not eligible.
Customized products are not exchangeable.
Refund Policy
No Cash Refunds: Refunds are processed as store credits or direct UPI transfers.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the product passes the quality check.
COD Refunds: For COD orders, refunds will be processed via online payment gateways.
Shipping and Liability
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges unless the product is defective.
Return Address: The shipping address will be provided after eligibility verification.
We are not liable for package theft after delivery confirmation or damage during return transit. Please use insured and trackable shipping services for high-value products.
